Shane Stone is the chef and creator of High Haute Foods, an upscale catering company based in Chattanooga, TN.
His cooking career began in his hometown of Joplin, MO at the Red Onion Café. Since then he has worked in a myriad of restaurants throughout the southeast including Ocean 60 in Atlantic Beach, FL, Lush in Atlanta, GA, as well as 212 Market and St. Johns Restaurant and Meeting Place here in Chattanooga. As well as extensive restaurant experience Shane has also worked as a personal chef.
